Danny Bubnick, who worked as the manager of the BA Framer shop in Midtown that recently closed, has opened Danny’s Midtown Framer & Art at 1523 Union which has several of Debbie's pieces along with art from George Hunt, David Simmons and many others.
The LongRiver Gallery has about a dozen of Debbie's paintings on display. Ask to speak with David Simmons for information. The weekend of November 27, 2009 will be the one year anniversary of the Longriver gallery so stop by and check out some great art by a wide variety of Memphis artists, including George Hunt and Stephen Hudson.
Samuel's Fine Furniture is home to five of Debbie's paintings as of November, 2009. Samuel's is located at 5508 Poplar Ave. Original art is featured throughout the store.
Best Western in Olive Branch will have a "We LOVE our local artist show" for the month of February, 2010 and Debbie will have four pieces in the group show. The wine and cheese opening night is Feb. 11th, 2010 from 5:30pm - 7pm. All of the Desoto County Chambers of Commerce have been invited, so come to meet some business folks and see some great local art.
Debbie's "Tall Cat" is featured on a Pole Banner on S. Main. The banner is next to the famous Arcade Restaurant. On South Main at the Berclair Animal Hospital you will find a couple of originals by Debbie.

Pugh's Flowers at 5645 Poplar is currently showing several paintings in the retail shop.

Humane Society Paw Prints Gala is Saturday, August 22, 2009 at Temple Israel from 6 - 9pm. Debbie has a painting up for auction to benefit the Humane Society. Debbie's painted Buddy Dog will also be there and up for auction. A book is being published with all the Buddy dogs featured and will also raise funds for the Humane Society. Announcements will be posted here when the books are released.
The Berclair Animal Hospital at 668 S Main, Memphis has an ongoing art show of several of expressive animal paintings by Debbie Crawford. |
